  • Tap on a body part to dive deeper: visual diagrams and explanations help you understand where your form can improve.

  • Access personalized corrective exercises linked to each body part to work on your technique.

2. Style

  • Discover your running style classification.

  • Learn how your stride, posture, and movement patterns fit into this style.

  • Understand what this means for your efficiency and injury risk.

3. Metrics

  • Explore detailed, science-based numbers behind your run, including:

    • Stride length

    • Cadence (steps per minute)

    • Ground contact time

    • Flight time (air time)

  • These metrics help you track changes over time and measure your progress.
