2. Style
Discover your running style classification.
Learn how your stride, posture, and movement patterns fit into this style.
Understand what this means for your efficiency and injury risk.
3. Metrics
Explore detailed, science-based numbers behind your run, including:
Stride length
Cadence (steps per minute)
Ground contact time
Flight time (air time)
These metrics help you track changes over time and measure your progress.
