Schedule Your Next Run – User Guide

  1. Open the Ochy app and go to the homepage.

  2. Tap on “Schedule your next run.”

  3. Select the date and time of your run, then press Validate.

  4. You’ll receive a notification reminder when it’s time to hit the road or treadmill.

💡 Tip: Consistency is key — scheduling runs helps you stay on track with your goals.
