Turn your analysis into a tailored 2-week exercise program.
Open the Ochy app and go to the Exercises section.
Select your most recent analysis.
Choose how many sessions per week you want to complete.
Your personalized 2-week strengthening plan will be generated, built around your analysis results.
💡 If you want to start fresh, you can reset your exercise plan anytime. Go to your profile, tap on Settings, and select “Reset all my exercise plans.”
