Turn your analysis into a tailored 2-week exercise program.

  1. Open the Ochy app and go to the Exercises section.

  2. Select your most recent analysis.

  3. Choose how many sessions per week you want to complete.

  4. Your personalized 2-week strengthening plan will be generated, built around your analysis results.

💡 If you want to start fresh, you can reset your exercise plan anytime. Go to your profile, tap on Settings, and select “Reset all my exercise plans.”
