Personalized Analysis – Coach User Guide

Step 1: Add a Video to an Athlete Profile

  1. Open the Ochy app and go to the Athletes section.

  2. Select the athlete profile you want to work with.

  3. Tap the orange button to add a new analysis.

  4. Choose:

    • Camera – film your athlete directly in the app (with in-camera guidance).

    • Gallery – upload a pre-recorded video.

👉 You can add multiple videos for the same athlete to track progress over time.

Step 2: Explore the Analysis

  1. Open the athlete profile and click on the analysis you want to review.

  2. Start with the global overview – a score breakdown by body part.

  3. Tap on any body part to see detailed explanations, diagrams, and targeted exercises.

  4. Click on the Joint Angles section for detailed kinematics such as hip, knee, and elbow motion — comparable to lab-grade analysis.

  5. Go to the Style section to identify your athlete’s running style.

  6. Check the Metrics section for key biomechanical data such as stride length, cadence, and ground contact time.

  7. In the Comments section, add personalized notes or feedback for your athlete.

💡 By combining these insights, you can give athletes actionable guidance to improve technique, reduce injury risk, and run more efficiently.
