If you subscribed via the App Stores
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the subscription is managed directly by the store.
This means Ochy cannot cancel it on your behalf. You’ll need to cancel it directly from your device or store account:

Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Make sure the cancellation is confirmed in your store subscriptions.
If you subscribed via a Stripe payment link provided by Ochy
If your subscription was purchased via a Stripe payment link shared by Ochy, the subscription must be canceled manually by our team on Stripe.
To cancel your subscription as quickly as possible, you have two options:
Contact the Ochy team member who provided you with the Stripe payment link
Send a cancellation request to [email protected]
Please include:
The email used for payment
The name of your organization (if applicable)
Our team will take care of the cancellation as soon as possible.
